Zeolite is a naturally occurring primordial rock of volcanic origin, formed millions of years ago through the transformation of volcanic ash in contact with mineral-rich water. Due to its characteristic microporous structure, it possesses a large internal surface area. This physical property enables zeolite to absorb certain substances within its structure like a sponge. Zeolite has a high binding capacity and is therefore used as an adsorbent to bind undesirable dietary components and support their excretion via natural processes. Zeolite Powder GPH contains 100% finely milled rock flour derived from clinoptilolite of sedimentary origin (1g568) and serves as a mineral complementary feed material with a technological function.
