Luttertrunk

Selected herbs give the Luttertrunk its strength and digestibility. According to the regulations from the Copialbuch of the Michaelis monastery, the Luttertrunk has been produced in the Rats-Apotheke for more than 650 years. In a meeting room on the upper floor of the Rats-Apotheke, the Lutterung (election of replacements) of the Oldermänner (councilmen) was held annually. Traditionally, the Lutter drink was served.
