L-Ornithin / L-Tryptophan 1:1 GPH Capsules combine the valuable properties of two amino acids that play an important role in human metabolism. L-ornithine is an intermediate product of the urea cycle and is synthesized of arginine. It supports the metabolisation of ammonia into urea, which is then excreted via the urine. An overloaded liver can no longer effectively degrade ammonia, so that this harmful substance can then enter the brain and trigger serious reactions. L-ornithine also serves as a precursor for the synthesis of polyamines, which are important for cell proliferation and for the formation of DNA, proteins and blood vessels.
