St. Severin Fennel Syrup is produced in accordance with strict Austrian manufacturing regulations. Syrup is a sweet, watery preparation for oral consumption with a viscous consistency. Made from household sugar (sucrose) and water, our fennel syrup meets the highest standards of quality. We carefully incorporate an extract from the ripe, bitter-sweet fennel fruits (Foeniculum vulgare).
