Description
Centaury GPH Capsules
The centaur Chiron is said to have once stepped on an arrow with his hoof. This mythical creature – half man, half horse – then applied common centaury to the spot, whereupon the injury quickly disappeared. It is therefore no coincidence that this traditional plant was named “Medicinal Plant of the Year 2004” in Germany. But this plant is not only convincing when used externally, but also when taken internally. However, common centaury has a pronounced bitter taste. This is caused by the many bitter substances contained in the plant. This bitter stimulus promotes saliva flow as well as the secretion of digestive juices. In addition, the bitter taste creates a quicker feeling of fullness and reduces cravings for sweet foods. In this way, bitter substances provide the ideal basis for harmonious digestion.
Areas of use:
- Goodbye sweet cravings
- For digestion
