Bronchial-T St. Severin is a nutritional product for special medical purposes (balanced diet) for the dietary management of bronchitis and whooping cough. Our bronchi form an extensive and highly branched network of fine tubes in the lungs and are therefore an essential part of our respiratory system. If the delicate cilia, which are responsible for the cleaning of the bronchial tubes, are damaged, it can lead to increased mucus production and accumulation. A higher intake of fluids helps to liquefy the viscous mucus and transport it to the outside. The traditional plant combination of mallow, ribwort plantain, thyme, Iceland moss and mullein flower provides a valuable contribution to soothing irritated bronchial tubes. In addition, the mucins contained in the plants protect the bronchial tubes by coating the mucous membranes like a protective layer and protecting them from irritation.
