According to this tradition, frankincense is believed to have a harmonising effect on the human energy cycle. Frankincense Cream St. Severin is a cream perfume and is characterised by its unmistakable aroma: its earthy, warm, smoky scent creates a pleasant body fragrance. The cream perfume is applied to the skin around the joints, where it releases its pleasantly intense fragrance. Not only does the body benefit from the cream perfume’s scent – the aroma of St. Severin Frankincense Cream is also perceived as beneficial for stressed joints and can lead to deep relaxation. The spicy-balsamic base note of this cream perfume creates a cosy and comforting atmosphere. Frankincense is incorporated into an ointment base made of lanolin, olive oil, black cumin oil, calendula oil, tea tree oil, rosemary oil, menthol and camphor, making it suitable for all skin types. This soothing cream perfume not only provides a pleasant fragrance for the joints, but also moisturises the skin in a lasting way. The air-dried resin of the Indian frankincense tree (Boswellia serrata) is used in St. Severin Frankincense Cream. This extract contains a high proportion of boswellic acids (at least 85%) and is therefore of particularly high quality.
