Vitamin B Complex + Folic Acid GPH capsules contain the optimal combination of vitamin B1, B6, folic acid (vitamin B9) and vitamin B12. These water-soluble vitamins cannot be stored in the body long-term. Folic acid is mainly found in green leafy vegetables, legumes, whole grain products and nuts.
