Primrose Ointment

The mullein can be recognised by its upright growth and sunny yellow flowers. Its corollas are collected in July and August in sunny weather and laid in thin layers to dry in a slightly warm place. This preserves their radiant colour. In TEM, it is helpful for back and spinal problems and tension in the neck area and also has a softening, soothing and enveloping effect when used externally, especially on irritated and heated areas of skin.
